My first visit to eves! My Cousin is a regular here and told me they do the best pizza in rock springs! We spent a few hours here tonight 10/09/2025 and I loved it! The vibe was so relaxed and laidback, Our server could not do enough for us, thank you to all of the staff at eves! Chefs kiss for the pizza! The Maui Waui was amazing! if you live locally or passing through Rock Springs please visit this place.

Enjoyed my dinner at Eve’s. The restaurant I located on a golf course but is a separate business that clearly focuses on quality food. We tried several appetizers including the house plate, peaches, smoked salmon, and shrimp and scallop cakes. All were good but my favorite was the shrimp and scallop plate. Had a ribeye for my entree and was impressed. The cut was good quality and what really impressed me was the seasoning. It was a lightly black peppered rub which gave a delicious crust over your cooked to order steak. The manage the steak done was with a thermometer and my steak was properly cooked to my order - Med Rare. Service was excellent and server was personable and friendly. I would be happy to eat here again.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! An unexpected MIRACULOUS, surprise on our stop over while traveling from Michigan to SLC. I am an uber food snob! Raised in Northern California, by a family of foodies who turn our noses up at most fine dining establishments. Eve's BLEW OUR MIND! We could not believe how remarkably delicious and CREATIVE the food was. We had the carrots appetizer, the branzino & the beets salad. WHAT A TASTE EXPLOSION!!! We also had three glasses of wine. All of this for under $100!! If this restaurant was located in Dallas, SF, LA or NY the meal would have been $200 for sure. We asked to speak with the chef, and Eve came to our table and wrote her carrot recipe down for us! UNBELIEVABLE!! We loved the staff, the super-uber relaxed vibe, and the food. A home run! I wish Eve's was located in my city!

If you haven't been to Eve's for brunch on Sundays you are missing out on a great experience. All three dishes my Husband and I ordered were mouth watering. The brunch menu was pretty impressive yet very affordable. I also had a yummy peach bellini. The aromas and flavors took me to another place. The views of the golf course greens give great ambiance. Remember brunch is only on Sunday and reservations are not required but they are appreciated. Recently went there for dinner and had the Water Lily drink. Best drink I have ever had and it was gorgeous!

Lovely experience here! Liz was our waitress and she was outstanding. Very polite and attentive. In fact, several wait staff came and checked on us multiple times. The food was amazing! We split the wedge salad, I had the chicken and hubby had the filet. All were excellent. Some veggies are farmed locally and noted on the menu. Very fresh. Dessert was amazing as well, Huckleberry Creme Brûlée. The coffee the end was served with the cutest, most delicate creamer cup. To top it off, the views of the golf course made the experience all the more memorable.

The location is beautiful and the food is really good! Service was top notch. We didn't have a reservation and were seated quickly on a Friday evening. Definitely recommend for a nice, upscale date night! There is a menu online, it was slightly different than what was offered, assuming this is due to seasonal variations in available ingredients.

Great dining experience. Lovely outside area overlooking the golf course. Great service. Drink was strong but I would say most customers like that. Food was excellent - arugula salad, trout and delicious rhubarb ice cream. I didn't particularly care for the fritters that came with the fish (seemed dry) and the brown butter cake was a bit too sweet for me. But both things are minor and I was impressed with how fresh everything was.
